Order Successful
After you have successfully placed your order you will receive email confirmation from us. If you have any requests for your order, kindly let us know as soon as possible before your item enters the processing stage.
Processing
Note: In orders with more than one item, the processing time will be based on the item with the longest processing time.
We will carry out strict quality controls on your items and ensure they are properly packed before preparing them for shipment. We are happy to announce that now most orders can be shipped out within 24 hours. Kindly note a small quantity of orders may still need between 3-5 business days depending on stock availability.
Please note that the processing time is not included in the shipping time. The total time it will take to receive your order is the processing time + the shipping time.If you have any issues with your order, you can submit a ticket to our Support Center for further assistance. Our dedicated CS team will contact you within 24 hours.
Shipping

Delivered
Note: For tracking numbers, it may take a few days before they become active on the tracking website. If the information is not available please try again later. Please rest assured that the estimated shipping time is valid regardless of the tracking site updates.
Track package
After the package is shipped, we will send you a shipping photo, tracking number and site.
Note: For tracking numbers, it may take a few days for them to become active on the tracking website. We will upload the waybill number to the website, click on your order to check the logistics. Or we will also send you the website to check the logistics and tracking number.

Backorders
We cannot guarantee that we will have all items in stock all the time, if your item is not in stock and is not expected to be in stock within two business days, we will contact you with details of the back order or a possible substitute item if there is one available or we can reimburse the full amount back to you in life-time store credits. If you have a critical or time-sensitive need, feel free to email us or direct message us on Instagram to ensure your order reaches you as soon as you need it.

Delays
Delivery dates are not guaranteed and your order may arrive after the estimated arrival date for various reasons, such as:

2. Delivery is outside major city
3. Unforeseen delays by one of our carriers
4. Delays to the unavailability of product(s)
5. Delivery is to a PO Box or APO/FPO address
6. Delays due to orders being placed on a holiday
7. Delays due to problems with credit card authorization and verification
